We offer 2 machines which will fold a minimum sheet size of 90mm x 40mm. A maximum sheet size of 600mm x 320mm depending on the number of folds required.
Capabilites to fold stock sizes as large as A3 to a minimum of 100mm x 70mm is but one of the folds our machines are capable of performing.
Then we move down to the small folding range of a minimum fold of 40mm x 20mm depending on the number of folds needed to be performed. The options are endless when it comes to mini folding.
It is advisable that you speak to us prior to designing your job to make sure we are able to perform the fold that you require.

Small books of 120mm x 85mm
Maximum size of 356mm x 297mm
This machine is capable of collating all stocks up to 300 gsm.
The machine will collate stitch and trim up to 64 pages depending on the stock selected.
The machine is also capable of collated sheets and corner stitching.
It is advisable to talk to us before you plan to do work of the Horizon to be sure we are able to process the job this way.

Maximum size books of 430mm x 297mm.
We are able to run 2 up books for sizes small then 148 x 96 if required but to our specifications.
Crash folding can be done as an in-line process while saddle-stitching.
A cover or text fold out panel can be performed be it 6pp or 8pp section or cover.
